Job responsibility：
-Provide product information and order process procedure to first time buyers
-Engage customers in the conversation and identify their needs in order to make relevant recommendation;
-Handling all kinds of special requests throughout order process: before sale, order processing, and payment issue; tracking after-sales service and offer new or related products;
-Build long-term relationship with customers, maintaining customer loyalty and continuously developing purchasing power of each existing customer.
Qualification：
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in English or foreign trade (sales or customer service) will be preferred;
-English CET6 above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Capable of communicating with foreign customers without any difficulties.
-One year or above of foreign trade sales experience. Excellent fresh graduates with major in English are also considered.
-Highly motivated self-starter (strong initiative) team player and possesses multi-cultural awareness;
-Eager to learn and enjoy challenges, can work under pressure.
-Adapt to fast-developing enterprise environment. Self-ability enhancement and follow the pace of enterprise development.
-Adapt to work in shift, working schedule depends on foreign market calendar; national holiday does not apply in this case; male preferred.
外贸销售
工作职责：
为客户提供售前产品及下单流程咨询；挖掘开发前端潜在大客户并促成订单；
帮客户解决售中询单、售中各种特殊要求的处理、追踪客户产品收到后的售后跟进并做新订单咨询；
与客户建立长期合作关系,维系客户忠诚度及持续挖掘客户购买潜力。
任职资格：
本科以上学历，英语，外贸专业优先；
英语六级以上，听、说、读、写流利；能与外国客户无障碍交流；
1年以上外贸销售经验，优秀专八应届生或英语流利者亦可考虑；
良好的学习能力，能在培训期结束后迅速掌握业务流程及主要的产品知识；
具备良好的心理素质及部门间和团队内的沟通协调能力；
性格开朗、随和，善于与人协作，为人踏实，吃苦耐劳，有耐心；
愿意接受挑战,并能够承受压力,有乐观积极的工作态度及进取心；
能很快适应在快速发展的企业环境中迅速提高自身能力并与企业共同成长；
能适应倒班工作，并根据国外市场的节假日安排作息时间(中国传统节假日不适用),男性优先。
