I wanted to call a meeting to bring together alumni who are interested in organizing the Georgetown Alumni Club of Shanghai. As the acting president, I think I can say that the club has been long overdue for a change in leadership. I’m looking forward to a new group of organizers who have the energy and drive to take the club to the next level.
I apologize for the short notice for this meeting.
Event Details:
This Wednesday, 23 April 2014 8:00 PM

Agenda:
1. Short introduction to the Shanghai Club
2. Open discussion about the club and it’s goals
3. Electing a new president, and getting contacts for new organizers
Basically, I’d like to give all the alumni who attend the meeting to have a chance to discuss what they would like to see from the club. If you won’t be able to attend, but would still like to make suggestions, please send me an email (gtownchina@gmail.com) and I will relay your thoughts during the meeting.
Again, I apologize for the short notice, and I hope I will see you this Wednesday.
